The Edge Bistro - Penticton

I love to ski at apex but The Edge makes the trip a favourite for me every year. Fresh soups and amazing bagels and sandwiches make The Edge my go to place to eat. BC bagel is perfect for starting the day off and the outer edge sandwich is an awesome lunch. Great service and a lovely view -these guys are top notch.

This bistro has fabulous food! Our group had breakfast and lunch there. Chad Henderson, the owner, has a great menu. Colin, his chef, does a great job preparing fresh breakfast wraps, hot oatmeal, sandwiches, panini, and home made soups and chili. I believe they also are available for dinner to serve groups and teams that come to the mountain to train. Very friendly service.
