Feedback geven€25 for a starter/main/dessert menu, with plates that look like they came straight out of the freezer, the value for money needs to be reviewed. Big laughter on the other hand seeing that the cider in 75cl is much more expensive than 3 times the cider in 25cl. Overall disappointing for a restaurant on the edge of the coast where the competition does not seem very tough.
We went to the Dunes on November 1, 2015 with 20° degrees. The day started well, good weather. A few days ago I received a Box set with a meal gift voucher for two people. The establishment took the reservation over the phone without any problem. We were very well received. Menu with quality dishes. Choice, fresh and seasonal products. The service went very well with professionalism from the waitress. Beautiful presentation on the plates. After the meal, don't miss the dunes and beaches of Landéda a few meters away. Ideal for walking or sunbathing.
The restaurant the dunes closed its doors last night. After twenty-two years spent at his head, bertrand cann launches the apron. the cause is mainly related to safety standards that become more drastic from year to year. I had a restaurant for eight years, the day before. I love my work, but now it is no longer possible. Every year, it changes. the other cause is a noticeable decrease in activity in low season. there is no interest in working well in the summer to pay for the winter.
A good meal. a copious menu. We had a good time.
The dishes are delicious, the waitresses are very nice, and the place very nice! small seaside ride right next door, perfect!!
