The Dolphin Tavern - Penzance

We frequent this restaurant often because there is always something for everyone. The menus are well labeled for allergies and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It's a great place for a satisfying meal. I ordered the veggie chili with rice, chips, and vegan garlic bread and left feeling full and happy. Overall, I would give it 4 stars.

The restaurant offers delicious food with a fantastic atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient, serving a variety of Arabic and Asian-inspired dishes.

We had a wonderful experience at the Tavern. The included breakfast in the morning was full and delicious, with great vegan options. For dinner, we had plenty of choices and enjoyed the 3 bean chili and the curried spinach veg pie. Unfortunately, the sticky toffee pudding listed on the website menu was not available in person, but the chocolate orange cake was a decent substitute.

I had the beetroot salad which came out with Feta but was quickly replaced with one with tofu. Also had the sizzling tofu and veggies, Both were good and it's worth noting that this was one of the few restaurants that offered tofu at all. They have an entire page of vegan options. Service was decent
