Harbourside Cafe - Penzance

I visited this café for breakfast before our boat trip and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and drinks. We ordered an extra large breakfast, a small breakfast, and cheese on toast. Everything was very fresh and served hot. I highly recommend sitting indoors, as the seagulls outside are quite bold and may swoop down to snatch your food. Unfortunately, if they take something from your plate, the café won't be able to replace it. There are warning signs about the gulls, so it's best to enjoy your meal inside! I would definitely return to this café when I visit Penzance again. My only minor complaint is that the mushrooms were deep-fried, which affected their taste and texture; personally, I think they would have been better sautéed or roasted.

I visited this restaurant with my brother and parents, and we had a wonderful experience. The prices were reasonable, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a delightful experience. I would definitely recommend it, which speaks volumes since I'm quite particular about where I eat. The staff was also pleasant and friendly.

We cannot owe anything to our visits to this beautiful little jewel next to the sea. Food is consistently good quality and no matter how busy they are, always a welcome smile and great service. They are sometimes very busy, but it's pretty to have table service now. The portions are always generous and the location is second. Thank you for the great service you offer for hospitality through extremely demanding times. We will return.
