The Twelve Lounge - Peoria Heights

We waited 45 minutes for service, couldn’t even catch a server running by. Apparently neither server knew whose table it was and then said the first round of drinks would be free. We ordered 4 drinks at once and told him we needed to leave once we got them which took another 20 minutes. Then he brought us the bill with all 4 drinks on it. We were already late and paid anyway. Terrible service, mediocre overpriced drinks, cold atmosphere in the lounge. Expected way better

Will NEVER!!go Back The female bar Tender Gave Herself a $51 tip went I only gave her a $1 tip which put my account in the negative then you can only call midway during the week talk to the owner he did not care was nonchalant said he was going to refund our money never did. Plz if you read this make sure to NEVER TIP WITH YOUR CARD THERE!!!

I took my boyfriend here after he came to visit and we both LOVED it! The drinks were great and our server was so amazing. He was running around attending a big birthday group, was super busy and still super attentive. He was straight up one of the best servers I’ve ever had!!!

Prices for foodand drinks are more than most restraunts even in the area. I wouldn't recommend it for good for vegetarians or vegans. There are only a couple of vegetarian options, and the veggie burger is $18 just for the burger. The atmosphere is awesome. Service depends on staffing and how busy they are. My most recent visit had pretty bad service

Unprofessional atmosphere. Drink menu was misleading. Got charged $48 for a whiskey pour because it was a 12 year although the menu didn 't specify that. All the other whiskeys had the year stated. Bartender was great but everything was horrible.
