Nice staff, very courteous. The ice cream was good, but can't give a 5 star to a place that makes their restrooms for employees only. They could make it for customers and employees only if they just want to decrease transients from using it. Simple, make a purchase get the key. Little ones can't hold it and that's uncool in my book.

We frequent this cold stone somewhat regular and never had a bad experience. the ice is delicious and the service is always friendly!

I called and ordered a cake for the birthday of my sohnes and not only dustin offer excellent customer service he went beyond and beyond to help make the birthday of my sohnes! I mentioned that my son is a huge super mario fan and he has decorated the cake with a mario toy and a controlled rennflag! if I could upload his reaction, I would! Many thanks to dustin for his extraordinary day!

At this place for an ice cold look. good choice of ice and toppings. the staff were very friendly and polite. it was a joy to be in this invite.
