Firehouse Subs Sterling Commons

For most part, this is a great place to eat. But when I came in and ordered 5 subs for Din, 1 (the Räucher-Rind- and Cheddar-Bresket) was made with honey glazed ham instead of brisket. I went up and showed the workers and they argued that it was indeed brisket and refused to do what I ordered and paid. If I wanted a ham and cheese, I would have paid almost $5 LESS than what I paid, so I'm not very satisfied with the service that was provided. Plus the sandwich tasted rough because the honey glazed ham taste didn't comb well with the blows on the sandwich.

He ordered a club on a sub sandwich. Drove away to park and eat my sandwich. After opening the container there was not meat on it, only salad and tomatoes. Drove back and they made another sandwich and said they put meat on it. After leaving and parking for dinner there were only turkeys on the sandwich. There is Club Sandwich states turkey, pepper bacon and ham. So what happened to the other meat. I didn't come back when my lunch time from work was up. Your staff must learn the menu, very unacceptable after paying high price and only get turkey on the sandwich

Love the Subs! On a Sunday, chip selection was naked, no ice cream for drinks, drinks were slim, service was slower than standard. If I usually go his way, is that a normal thing to use????
