I have never had my sandwich orders from this location through the app completed correctly. Every time I order, they never get it right. I always order the same two sandwiches, but they always mess it up by giving me the wrong cheese and toppings. Despite paying extra for certain ingredients, they still can't get it right. The cost of these sandwiches is high enough that I could easily make them myself at home. I am completely fed up with the consistently disappointing service and quality at not just this fast food restaurant, but at all restaurants in general lately. It seems like both aspects have been lacking lately.
The restaurant is managed by young staff who may not care about getting your order right. When I picked up my family's dinner, they said they were out of onions and bacon. It was disappointing that a sandwich shop would run out of toppings, but I understood. However, when we got home and opened our meals, we realized that our $60 sandwiches were completely incorrect, including the wrong type of bread. It's best to avoid this place until the management improves their attention to detail. With high inflation, it's not worth wasting your money here.
The food and sandwiches are always great but skip the drinks! I don't know why they're soda station always smells like a sewer
Very first time to a Jersey Mikes as I got a flyer in the mail and it was a complete joke. Tried calling to place a pick up order for 30 minutes. Came into the store after waiting and called in front of worker who said phones were working completelyfine. Their phone volume was not up at all, completely silent. Worker shrugged off and asked was he could get started for me.Just wanted me out of his hair. Wouldn?t give me a receipt until I asked for one either. Unprofessional staff and horriblecustomer service. Didn?t even fix the phone while I was there either, just went about their shift. Didn?t even bother asking fora manager or a GM because I know how restaurants like this work, they?ll say they?ll fix it and they?ll talk to their employeesfor a better experience next time or offer some kind of coupon but really they don?t care, they just want to try and savethemselves from the negative review and get you to shut up. Maybe they should work on that before it gets to that point. I wouldsay I?m never eating here again, but they don?t care about that either or else they would have care about my experience thefirst time.
