This location has really enhanced its staff! I went in for a party table (which I should have planned ahead for, but I didn’t), and they were incredibly quick and helpful in accommodating me. The morning team is fantastic! Special thanks to Ang, Casey, and John!
The staff member there rudely informed us that they were closed. He told us we could call or come back in the morning to get a refund because they had cleaned everything up. It’s astonishing to think they put everything away when I ordered just 10 minutes before I arrived, and the lights and "open" sign were still on when my partner tried to enter. This place is truly the worst, and I should have considered my other options instead of ordering from here. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone—not even for taking out food for a dog!
Very fast, very professional, and during the lunch break we came with exactly what we needed. tipped extra because how great the service was.
Between employees loudly blabbering to each other and two wrong orders back to back, I doubt I'll give this Subway another chance. After a dozen visits over the last couple years, it's baffling how consistently they disappoint everyone I know. I have never gotten the right order, and it's only six parts including the bread. Sandwich artists? More like con artists.
