Owners, please don't schedule a Bartender that has no training by herself! Why would you put someone in that position that doesn't even know what Patron is or how to make a margarita? Who do they have cooking the food, a Toddler from the local Daycare? It tasted like it. Their signature burger was so overcooked it almost crumbled, BBQ ribs baked in an oven and covered in ketchup, terrible. Too bad the advice given by Chef Irvine wasn;t followed. you have no business being in the Bar/Rest Biz. You may get a better bite at the Kwik Trip up the street.

My family and I came to your restaurant because we saw it on TV. The decor was nice, except for the bathroom. Very dark in the stalls. Then we were very disappointed in the service we experienced today. Waitress was slow, disorganized, and forgetful. A coworker had to ask if she took our order, which she hadn't when she checked in with us. It then took over AN HOUR for our food to come to the table. Not sure if she forgot to put our order in or if the cook was extremely slow. People at other tables who came in the restaurant after us got their food before us. Members of my family wanted to try the pulled pork burger that was featured on the TV show, and were unable too because they were out of pulled pork. Seems silly to me for a restaurant to feature and highlight a burger and be out of a key ingredient by lunchtime. They got the bronks burger instead. When we finally got our food it was mediocre. Chicken strips for the kids were bland and the burger was well done and we ordered it medium. My chicken strip melt was okay, although I think lettuce and tomato would have completed it. For all the hassle we got 25% off the meal and free drinks. This was helpful, but disappointing. Overall we won't be going again.

Waitress brought our food to the wrong table and wouldn't admit it even though I clearly saw it and even heard her tell them. So we waited forever. She just wasn't a good server on general. But food was delicious and new decor very nice.
