Sweet Life Bakery - Pequot Lakes

I placed a phone order for macaroons several days in advance for pickup, and the person I spoke with assured me they would be ready. However, when I arrived to pick them up, the bakery was closed. A call to the bakery informed me that their car wouldn't start, and they wouldn't be able to make it. I understand that issues can arise, but I didn't receive any call or notification about the cancellation, nor was there any proposed solution. This left us in a difficult situation on my daughter's birthday. After an hour of driving around with no resolution, we ended up with nothing for her celebration. I hope to receive at least an apology over the phone.

This bakery has the perfect name! The owner is incredibly kind, even after the sale! Pequot is fortunate to have such a delightful gem!

My friend and I really enjoyed the blueberry and mixed berry herbs! They had the perfect balance of crunch and moisture—so delicious!

We had a wonderful experience with Sweet Life Bakery, where we ordered our wedding cake and cupcakes! From the tasting, which allowed us to sample a number of baked goods in addition to cakes, to the booking, consultation and delivery, they were easy to work with and the cake and cupcakes we ordered were SO DELICIOUS! Highly recommend to anyone getting married in northern Minnesota!
