Just look at how poorly prepared the food is - some portions are small, others are large and falling apart, the rice is undercooked and crunchy. When I placed my order at the register, I specifically mentioned that it was for children. They said it would be ready in 40 minutes, but I had to wait 1.5 hours.

We ordered a sushi platter for a birthday celebration, but it was prepared terribly and ruined the party. The rice in the rolls was crunchy and some rolls looked unappetizing, making us lose our appetite. We wanted to return the food, but didn't want to waste more time arguing. Goodbye Sushi Vok. P.S. We used to only order sushi from Vok, but now we will look for a better sushi and roll maker.

When our food did not arrive, we called back, and the operator informed us it would be another hour. We agreed to wait, but then ended up waiting even longer than that. It would have been appreciated if they had warned us about the extended wait time. This same situation happened for the second time as well. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, as the service was extremely disappointing.
