Birrieriaxolos - Perris

So good! A lot of flavor and very inexpensive. I got the birria combo which came wih beans and rice, tortillas and all the toppings for less than $12. Will be coming back! : also the red sauce is so yummy ?

So delicious! I got the birria torta with cheese on top. They're not stingy with the meat at all, the bread was soft. It didn't get soggy. Just so good!!! Would 100% recommend.

I ordered the combo plate. It was good. The only thing I did not like was the tortillas. When I pulled apart the tortillas, the tortillas fell apart. Service is friendly. Another thing I liked about the place is that they sell beer.

Amazing how the meat can be both greasy and dry at the same time. I specifically asked for the juiciest part of the birria, if possible also some of the meat's crispy outer crust. If you've been to an authentic Mexican birrieria you might know what I was asking for. The server just responded all our meat is juicy. That's not what I got, total letdown. ?

Consome was deliciously seasoned, not salty like others I've had.. Meat was tender and juicy and not fatty.
