I absolutely adore this restaurant! I visit so frequently that they're beginning to recognize my order, which is pretty amusing. Every time I go in, the staff is exceptional and always meets my needs! Just a side note: I've been to this location over 20 times, and I have yet to receive a bad sandwich. The food is exceptional, earning a full five-star rating. The cookies are a must-try—sweet and perfectly baked! The oven-roasted turkey is also outstanding, tender, and full of flavor. Service is top-notch as well, with friendly staff ready to assist you. The overall atmosphere is inviting, making it a great spot for a quick meal. You can't go wrong here!

The quality of this restaurant has really diminished. They left out several ingredients from all my sandwiches because I was informed they were out of stock. To make matters worse, they never mentioned the missing items to me. When I called to inquire, none of the staff could assist me and I was told I would have to speak with the manager, who wouldn't be back for three days! This used to be a great place to eat, but now the sandwiches are subpar, and that's if they're even made correctly. The customer service is really disappointing as well—no one seems to have any personality! I would not recommend this place.
