McDonald's - Perrysburg

Ordered a large cup of coffee, and it came out luke warm like it had been sitting awhile.

Usually on point in the mornings, I go there often and they typically get my order right. Edited over a year later and they have went down hill. Constantly messing up orders, gave my food to another car, not properly holding cups( thumbs touching inside cup. I only go in the mornings so maybe the other shifts are better but I'm skipping breakfast here from now on.

Failed to receive ranch in my drive through order, when I went back through the line I was given two ranches with holes in the sealed lids...

Waited 20 minutes for two cookies cause the grill team kept forgetting to put them in.

Wow ? this location has got to be a traing store.The food the service just all together was outstanding. Not many McDonald's I been to lately can get this right that's from Northern Ohio, Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. So just wanted to give credit where credit due. Usually hit the local diners where we stay but it's refreshing to have the quality of food and service. ? ? ?
