I had a simple order a cone and a drink. they made the cone quickly, but when I could see that there was no action being taken to make the drink, I inquired. The cashier was curt with me, and said, we are working on it . So I sat back and watched and waited. Still no drink. I inquired again, to which I received another curt response. Finally, after serving three other parties, the cashier took a moment to ask if someone was making my drink. Surprise, surprise.... no one was. Finally, one of the servers in the back, who had previously been moving around condiment bottles in the back, from what I could see, started to slowly make my drink. I finally said that I needed to go (it was really hot outside; and my family was waiting for me in our car) and asked for my money back. The cashier, who was less than friendly and less than professional, told me that there was nothing wrong with the product, and therefore, no refund would be given. And, by the way, as she pointed to the back where I had been watching no one make my drink for ages, and now someone was slowly making my drink and informed me that my drink would be ready in 2 seconds . I asked for the manager, who, when she made herself known and she had been there the whole time, not managing the situation (ie seeing if my drink was indeed being made, when I inquired about it at the counter two times) told me that my drink would be ready very soon. My drink did indeed finally appear on the counter, and not a single apology was offered. This experience does not reflect well on a business that should have a lot higher standards. I was very disappointed.

The restaurant never disappoints! My go-to is the strawberry sundae, while my grandkids always enjoy the blizzards. Don't forget to bring home some DQ treats or a DQ cake. Delicious!
Terrible experience! I will not be coming back. I purchased 3 small blizzards for $23, which I thought was a bit pricey. However, when I got the blizzards, there were hardly any toppings in them. How can you call it a chocolate extreme when the ice cream is still white? Additionally, the cups were not even filled to the top. I was considering buying a cake for a birthday later in the week, but the cakes were much smaller than they used to be and more expensive. Just because the restaurant went over budget with renovations, it doesn't mean they should cut corners on everything else. I suggest they offer a full Dairy Queen menu with burgers and stay open year-round if they want to increase their profits.
