Subway Sandwichs & Salads - Perth

I typically do not write negative reviews, especially about a place like Subway, but I was extremely disappointed by my recent experience. The food was so cross-contaminated that it was difficult to distinguish between the lettuce and olives. Despite three employees working, there was chaos and lack of organization. One employee in particular, Rachel, seemed clueless about what she was doing. I waited ten minutes after my sandwich was toasted for her to take my topping orders. My sandwich was placed open underneath someone else's, leading to confusion and mix-ups with multiple customers. When it was time to pay, Rachel once again forgot my order and was careless with packaging. Subway is usually my go-to for takeout, but this was the first time I have been so unsatisfied. My feedback is not meant to be harsh, but necessary for improvement.

We had a great experience using the online ordering app at this restaurant. The subs were prepared on time, fresh, and exactly how we ordered them. We plan on returning frequently this summer! We are just hopeful that the fast order pick up at the restaurant will continue even after the pandemic.

The restaurant was very clean and the food was incredibly fresh. I was thrilled to find a healthy option still offered for take-out during these uncertain times.

The only gurenteed gluten free is the Gluten free sub that comes packaged, The only item that they clained was gluten free was shaved steak and something that looked like tuna or chicken. The problem is that the cutting board for the gluten fill subs are cut and prepared 100% cross contamination.It's the same for the tomato and olives etc. They didn't know which of their condiments were If your celiac or gluten intolerant I would suggest not eating at any Subway until their prep area for gluten free is moved. Now I'm having a gluten reaction sick for two day.

Loved it the staff was lovely helpful fast so going again two thumbs up to the staff I went in for gift cards for Christmas for my grandson and and told the young lady she told me if I got $25 gift card got a 6 inch sub with that right on got 2 gift cards and supper great deal
