Another successful visit. Relaxing coffee before doing shopping. Staff always friendly and helpful in cafe and on checkouts, especially Jo. Store a little bare but only to be expected after Christmas/New Year. This is a food/cafe only store but conveniently placed if you don't want to go into Perth and also easy for parking. Have found this store more user friendly than the one in the town although being smaller has less choices.
The brand is consistently good, but I had to drop a star because I often have trouble finding the boiled ham joint. They sell it in many of their stores nearby, but it seems that they don't always have it in stock, and it's so delicious!
I visited the food hall and found a wide variety of fresh options that were surprisingly affordable. There are some fantastic meal deals available right now; I opted for the Indian deal, which included two starters and two main courses for just £10! I couldn't even get a takeaway for that price, and the food was delicious. There are plenty of other meal options, including vegetarian and vegan choices. Overall, it was a great experience with lots of variety for the whole family. I highly recommend giving it a try!
The employees here are fantastic and always go the extra mile to help with any issues. However, this might be the only national chain in Perth that doesn't enforce the one-person-per-household policy in any way. As a result, you often find many couples wandering around in a somewhat chaotic manner, which makes it feel less safe compared to other larger food retailers.
