The cakes were average; the one I purchased didn't taste fresh. The staff were neither helpful nor friendly.

The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the options to distinguish between sweeter and less sweet choices. They were patient while I decided, assisting other customers in the meantime but always returning to check on me. The food is fantastic—on par with any local offerings—at very reasonable prices. The location is easily accessible, and it really adds to the vibrancy of the neighborhood. If you're thinking about a place that claims to be Portuguese, I highly recommend visiting Primavera instead. You'll find a better atmosphere and authentic cuisine at a fraction of the cost.

I've been coming here since I was a child! Whenever I'm in the area, I always make sure to stop by and pick up some snacks to take home!

As time goes on, this place just seems to get worse. The owner is greedy; whenever something sells well, he jacks up the prices. Parking is awful too.

This is a convenient spot for Mexican pastries, tacos, or a Cuban sandwich. The place is small and has a bit of an old charm. Food rating: 3/5.
