Gloagburn Farm Shop And Cafe

We visit this restaurant frequently and are never disappointed. The food is excellent and the daily specials are always delicious. They have something for everyone in the shop, from soaps to chocolates, and a fantastic butcher as well.

Lovely restaurant and great selection in the shop. I'll be back.

Out for lunch today went to Gloagburns, first time in ages, what a treat, staff brilliant, food scrummy recommend the Potato and leek chicken soup and the twice baked cheese souffle my companion had Soup, Baked potato with prawn marie rose she raved about it we both had puds, delicious and tea. Highly recommend to all, will say it's a wee bit pricey but we thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

The restaurant was very busy but had a quick turnaround. We ordered a club sandwich for £10.95 and lattes, which were all delicious. The service was good and the views were nice. There was only one ladies' and one gents' toilet available, as well as a large carpark. The menu was extensive but on the pricier side. Despite this, the restaurant was still packed with customers. The shop was lovely with plenty of items to browse.

Had the salmon and prawns open sandwich. Absolutely delicious. Very busy but still quick efficient service.
