The Inn On The Tay - Perth Kinross

The most beautiful location one can dream of. Sitting by the side of a fast move river surrounded by trees and snow. You can have your meal in total silence admiring and loving nature.

I didn't stay at the inn, but I went there for dinner in the evening. It was fantastic. The staff was lovely, the food was great, and the bar lounge was cozy.

Fantastic food, great location, and friendly staff. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back.

We received a warm welcome at a busy Perthshire restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Despite all the dining tables being occupied, we had prepared with a light lunch before our dinner reservation. After checking into our cozy room, we headed to the bar for a beer and to enjoy the view of the rapids next to the hotel. Dinner offered delicious options such as chicken and haggis pie, Thai-style scampi and mussels, and roast beef brisket. After a satisfying meal, we relaxed in the bar, enjoying laughs and a laid-back atmosphere before retiring for the night.

We are just back from 2 nights at The Inn on the Tay and it was super. The staff were amazing, friendly (and plentiful). Great cosy bar with a wide selection of gin/whiskey and beers. Breakfast was variety and tasty and evening meal was superb with a sensible wine list. A couple of dog friendly rooms and the bar is also dog friendly. We will be back.
