Balthazar - Perth

What a disappointment. Balthazar has been an institution in perth for many years, so it was not a surprise when my sister here wanted her birthday dinner. my father ordered the duck (he does this for years) and I agree that it must be pink, but not so raw that he could not cut it with a steak knife!!! the chef should never leave it. they did not instruct us on the meal and the waiting staff was nice, but I will not be back for one because. Not if there are so many other great restaurants in perth now.

We had a fantastic evening, eating, crying and atmosphere was excellent.

Nice atmosphere. Delicious food. Service wasn't as great as I'd expected. Nice enough. Would go again.

We had a family dinner in balthazar and the eating and drinks were simply amazing. the staff also went beyond and beyond for us and I cannot blame it. very nice eating. we hope to come back!
