Delicious Fingers - Perth

I had a consult here with Karen, a renown PT south of the river, and I must say, service was good, coffee was lovely!

The service over the last 3 times we have been as early as last week was not satisfactory. Coffees missing or no coffees at all. Very bad for the business. Our friends breakfast was missing food from the plate. The new owners have changed the menu and why change something that works well. It certainly wont be our regular joint from now on. The café 2 doors down is always packed and it always used to be the other way around.. They have lost a lot of business because of bad service (and that's because they don't have enough staff on) and the change of menu.

Recently taken over by new owners we have now been for breakfast and dinner. Excellent meals both times and great service. Looking forward to our next visit and watching the atmosphere grow.

Not let the bane put you off. I have been here three times now and have not been disappointed yet . The menu is large and the food delicious . My favourite would have to be the corn and coriander cakes .

We are visiting Perth from Melbourne so looking for a good place for a nice breakfast/brunch. Yes I did read the recent reviews but thought give it a go anyway as was close to where we are staying. Also - how much can you screw up breakfast anyway ??? The place was very busy so thought should be fine. Ordered the big breakfast and coffee. The coffee was good but the bacon and eggs was greasy and burnt - The hash brown (rosti) tasted old, a really strange recipe, and just inedible. The fried mushroom was also inedible and the sausage was at least yesterdays, maybe older. Before we received our meals we were watching other people leave with their food half eaten. When we received ours we realized the truth. I've eaten in some awful truck stops but these guys are up there with the worst. Other reviews mention that it has changed hands and gone downhill. Sad if this is the case. My advice is Stay Away !! Just awful !!
