Eat Me Ramen Bar - Perth

Went to eat me ramen for lunch during a weekday. Had the Super White which came with yuzu dipping sauce to provide a fresh twist. Pork Chashu was flavorful and lots of accompaniments to the noodles. Seasoned egg was yummy. The soup could be better but overall a nice noodle dish. Will probably return.

Definitely a different take to ramen with its unique broths. We ordered the Midnight Sun and the Umami Bomb. They offer free noodle top up and the service is friendly and helpful in terms of offering to add more soup base if too salty. The flavours of each broth was delicious, thick and full of flavour. Liked that they think about different toppings than traditional ramen bowls. Noodles were springy and of the thicker type as well. Slightly on the pricey side, but with bonus noodles, it's worth it for those that can eat!

Have tried fire in the bowl, shoyu, brothless ramen and the wasabi chicken. All are amazing but fire in the bowl is my favourite. So glad this is near my work

One of the better ramen places, there's an obvious deviation from the "classic" ramen, but the flavours are good. Noodles are great, broth is flavourful. Staff are friendly, great options on the menu. Would be nice to have extra negi option, but that's just being fussy. Good eats.

A lot of ramen spots in Perth are shockingly bad, as in the broth is nothing but salt water bad. Not this place. Really rich flavourful broth. Fantastic noodles. Seasoned egg is on point. Tender quality meat. I rarely go out of my way to review but I'm happy there's finally a good authentic ramen place here. Best ramen in Perth.
