Not only did they forget to include all of my orders in the box, but the manager was unable to effectively address my complaint, offering me only a cold and emotionless "sorry." This was by far my worst experience at a KFC.
Very Long wait..Not happy.Employees are teenaged kids, not serious about work.Management should check the time being taken per order to serve after order being placed.
I placed an order at a fast food restaurant drive-thru with a very unenthusiastic staff member. When I got to the first window to pay, someone rudely yelled at me to move to the second window. I collected my order from a very unfriendly staff member and left. Upon arriving home, I discovered that one of my three orders was incorrect - I received a 3-piece box instead of the original tenders box. Additionally, the chips were undercooked on all meals and the burgers were not up to standard. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and will not be returning to this restaurant.
This KFC location consistently disappoints with its poor service. As noted by many others before, it seems to be operated by inexperienced staff. The Drive Thru is not efficient, with wait times averaging 20-25 minutes (even with only 2 cars ahead) and there is a 50/50 chance of receiving the correct order. The main issue here seems to be with management or the franchise, rather than the employees themselves. With proper training and mentoring, these issues could be avoided. Additionally, attempts to complain to KFC have been fruitless as they do not seem to respond or follow up, reflecting poorly on the overall KFC experience.
Listen, I'm not usually one to complain on Google reviews, but tue serviceI received tonight was awful.I asked my boyfriend to go collect an order placed through the KFC app from the drivethru and when he came home we were missing 6 pieces of chicken and all of our nuggets.The young man that handled the situation was very rude and accusatory even though I had approached the situation calmly by just asking for the missing items from my order.He told me he packed the order himself and there was a second box that had our items in, but we had never received a second box with our items, only the one.I was able to receive the items missing from the order but he informed me he would not be doing this again and insinuated that I had lied about the missing items and slammed the window in my face.My partner and I have never had a correct order since we've gone to this KFC and the service we received tonight was beyond appalling.Please do better.
