Lucky Chan's Laundry + Noodlebar

Pretty average restaurant. tried the vegan poke bowl as I don't like noodle soups much, but wasn't too impressed. the rice was quite bland and the edamame had no seasoning so was plain too. I absolutely love pumpkin and when I read "maple glazed" I expected a sticky, light glaze over the pumpkin. what arrived was a thick, sickly sweet & overly salty sauce that was so rich I had to scrape it off. service was very good and friendly, food came quickly but limited space, very loud and dark and average food. overrated.

Love this place. Quick food and always fresh! Funky little bar where the cocktails are a must. If you visit during peak time you might get rushed in and out by the staff. Great for quick, casual meals - not so much for long catch up dinners with friends.

I felt that the food was so so for the hype and line that we waited in. The asian fusion flavours and combinations were creative but didn't taste wow. Also a bit expensive considering the portions of entree dishes. However the atmosphere was great, a unique and asian inspired hipster vibe.

The worst ramen I've had in my life, honestly, go to any authentic Japanese cheap restaurant in Perth and it's 1000 times better. What are you paying for? The 'trendy, cool' layout of the place. There was a Chinese couple sitting next to us and I overheard them saying how confused they were with the menu (and actually laughed). Will not return...

The worst Ramen I had in Perth. Lucky Chan may have a good marketing strategy but in terms of food, they are not doing it well. The Ramen soup has no taste but salty. The other food? I would say it's over priced. Maybe it's a nice place to catch-up with friends, but definitely not a place for dining.
