This is not just your average Maccas burger. With 100% Angus beef, French brioche buns, Colby Jack cheese, guacamole, grilled onions, aioli, and crispy bacon rashers, there are plenty of delicious options to choose from. The DIY touch screen ordering system was user-friendly with clear graphics to assist you at every step. Say goodbye to quick takeaway food from the counters and hello to gourmet McDonald's.
Just had a really good lunch with the new construct a burger. Good on you McDonalds Ascot you are doing a great job. Friendly, helpful staff all very clean and well trained.
The new McDonald's store was very pleasant. The service was quick, even though it was not crowded when we got there. The store was immaculate and the children's play area was engaging for the kids. There was ample parking available.
I highly recommend this McDonald's location. The 1-star reviews are not credible at all. One customer complained about getting a long Macchiato instead of a long black with a dash of milk, but a long Macchiato is essentially the same thing. I have always received great service here and have never had any issues. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the management runs a tight ship. William provided excellent service during my visit, and the young blonde manager was doing a fantastic job. This McDonald's is definitely a 5-star establishment in my book. Well done to the entire team for consistently delivering great service.
A clean and typical McDonald's franchise that's open 24 hours. With the large windows and lovely decor this Restaurant was appealing to walk into. The staff here was courteous and very helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed my breakfast and the charging station was a huge plus. Easy access for people in wheelchairs and an accommodating restaurant for people with walkers and wheelchairs. What I didn't like at the Restaurant was the typical one urinal, one cubicle Male toilets. The toilets were bright to walk into but soon loose there appeal with what I have become accustomed to at a McDonald's restaurant. Above the urinal there is a large piece of timber obviously for trades people to get access to the pipes behind. The timber has been painted white and has become the idea scribble and graffiti board for those so inclined. After washing my hands I found that the antique hand dryer did not work. I went back 5 minutes later to try the hand dryer again but it was obviously defective as it didn't work again. While we were there a bus load of Singaporean tourists arrived for breakfast and inundated the toilets which were a let down for our tourist friends who come from a country where they take so much pride in their clean city. McDonald's in Australia is not a place I would a bus load of tourists to, mainly because of the lack of adequate clean toilets. What a letdown. I would hope that McDonald's in the future place more emphasis on clean and tidy restrooms with more than just one urinal and one cubicle. I dont know how council rules and regulations allow Restaurants get away with minimal facilities.
