Chipotle Mexican Grill - Peru

We were able to eat inside. Service was great! I ordered a bowl with the new chicken, I think Pollo asada, it was delicious, however I found two big hunks of grissel and fat. It totally grossed me out. I couldn't eat the rest of the meat.i think more attention should be given when cutting up the meat. I don't think I would order it again even though it was very tasty. If you have issues with fat and grissel font order.

The service at this restaurant receives a 0-star rating for multiple reasons. Despite there being about 4-5 workers inside and one or two outside taking out trash, the doors were locked when I arrived to pick up my online order. I had to wait in the drive-thru instead. I was informed that I couldn't order a side of guacamole at the window and would have to go back online and then return to the drive-thru. Additionally, the employee closed the window on me while I was still talking and didn't give me a chance to ask for utensils, which were not included with my salad. I eventually had to wave to get their attention. The employees did make sure not to make eye contact with anyone at the window. The food was decent, however.

My first visit and they were out of shredded cheese, then wanted to up charge for Queso!!!Really, NOT!!!!go to store and get some. My fat you need to upcharge??No way...

Horrible service!! Out of six orders, missed one. Not the first time they have messed up our order. They don’t care about customer service at all. I wouldn’t order from this location at all. More than one time screwing up an order.

Me and my husband really enjoy going to Chipotle because my husband gets his fix of Mexican food which happens to be his favorite type of food and it is a nice drive down to Peru to get it.I would recommend it.
