Thyme Craft Kitchen - Peru

Had the shrimp and grits today and they were delicious. The staff was super helpful with guiding my gluten free choices and the kitchen had my meal out in a timely manner. I will definitely visit them again the next time I am in Peru!!

My wife and I stopped at this farm to table restaurant on a trip from Chicago to St. Louis. First the atmosphere was great and the servers were so friendly. Then came the food which was incredible. They had a great selection of entrees made with locally sourced ingredients. We started with the beet salad that was amazing. I also had the spicy chicken sandwich with the tomato and roasted pepper soup. Everything was incredibly delicious and the portions were huge. We will definitely stop here again the next time we make this trip.

I was visiting town just for one weekend and was so pleasantly surprised by this amazing place.The food was absolutely delicious and had a level of refinement hard to find.Service and ambiance were also perfect.Totally recommend!

Amazing farm to table restaurant with high quality food and service. From using locally sourced ingredients, paper straws, rags instead of paper towels, you can notice minute sustainable features at this place. Must try if you are nearby!

This is not your ordinary grilled cheese sandwhich! This is a Grilled cheese with tomato, avocado, bacon, herb aioli, and cheddar on a bakery roll. Seasonal mixed green salad or soup included! Ingredients are locally sourced from the Midwest and the Illinois Valley.
