Delightful tiling with incredibly delicious black truffles. cappelletti in brodo delicious. dessert uninteresting and tiny tiny, excellent service despite very boring dining room.

Located inside the Brufani Palace Hotel, the Collins' Restaurant is a class act. Wonderful fresh and perfectly prepared food with classic personal service. Well worth the trip!

I can't stand as this restaurant appears under fine restaurants in tripadvisor. Apart from the pretense and price list, eating is really nothing special. it's not bad eating. but there is absolutely no “emphe” that should characterize something that is called “fine dining.”... in any other restaurant they find something similar or better.

This restraunt is located in the Brufani hotel and it is their version of fine dining. If you are staying at the hotel the convenience may be worth the visit. The food was good and nicely presented but not exceptional and the hotel prices are...a significant premium to local establishments nearby. During October the menu had very limited choices. The service was good but not exceptional with the head waiter and manager Antonio trying to train a new employee.

Guest of Hotel Brufani Previous guest in last few weeks said discount in Collins restaurant......no way and I had a suite! The service was poor........I had to get up and fill glasses after waiting min. Bread was stale I had Zuppa Pesche ........excellent [except for some fish still had the scales on]... Spit Spit! Girlfriend ordered rack of lamb.....it was served as small cutlets......she was advised to have it medium cooked ......it was charcoal and very tough. DISGUSTING! Sent spoon back as appeared dirty??? big discussion until i raised my voice and said just change the **** thing........staff poorly trained. This is supposed to be a hotel and a top restaurant it is not.......only other couples were in the restaurant on a Friday night.........I guess the locals no the score! Would I go back......NEVER!
