Lo Scudiero - PESARO

We went for the 10-course Sicilian tasting menu with paired weeps. the food was excellent: every dish nicely prepared and presented, well balanced in terms of the amount, and cooked for perfection. the sea fish steak, for example, was so tender that it was almost melted in the mouth. the wee was rather disappointing. there were five very small glasses (more like tasting measures) wein to go with nine curses. the first two weeping went well with the feeds they should accompany, the red wine should keep us for two courses, but not, with the result that we had no wine at all to go with the meat course. service was good, but with some mules: a food allergy that was mentioned when we made the reservation and when we ordered it was not initially taken into account; and the snacks that should accompany our aperitif came after the conclusion of our aperitif. all this place has great potential, but needs a little polish in front of the house.

A wonderful evening. everything was just perfect. Very innovative menu which would appeal to all tastes. wonderful venue and ambience. Fantastic front of house staff very professional , welcoming and friendly. a truly memorable occasion. we will look forward to our next visit

Only one other group in the restaurant (maybe because it was Monday evening). Excellent, attentive service and great food. Fantastic wine list. Highly recommended.
