My place for fast but homemade quality of pasta and second dish during lunchtime.
One of the best bars in Pescara, if not the best. The difference from competition is in the offer proposed as there is practically everything. From sweets to various types of sandwiches, fried, Macedonian, yogurt etc. Staff very competent and fast. If I can make a suggestion. It is very short to complete the offer: es American or European breakfast with eggs and bacon, avocado toasts, porridge, chia pudding etc... I'm sure they could easily implement it;
