But what made my lunch truly unforgettable was the staff. The service was simply excellent. The staff was attentive, courteous and always ready to meet my demands. I was impressed by their knowledge of the menu and their ability to recommend the best dishes. Passing to the most important part, the food was delicious. Each course was carefully prepared and presented elegantly. The ingredients were fresh and high quality, which was reflected in the rich and authentic flavors of the dishes. Complete and very welcoming restaurant.

We found ourselves in this lovely restaurant, on Friday evening (without reservation, around 21:00) and despite everything we were immediately greeted beautifully by the entire staff. The Cavallino is located within the friendly Hotel Daniel. The air is comfortable, convivial and relaxing when entering. We immediately serve the menus so you can choose the dishes and turn the command in the kitchen. After being accommodated we are served an appetizer of variegated bruschettes, delicious and rustic taste, but pleasantly balanced. We continue with delicate white gnocchi with lamb ragù (sublimi). For the second, mix of grilled meat, with fries contour (possibly I tasted so genuine dishes). All in all affordable prices (30€a head, without desserts, but with water and abundant dishes). In conclusion, if you are in Pescasseroli and want to dine in a fabulous and high quality restaurant, then Cavallino is the place for you. Unmissable!
