Trattoria Pastorello - PESCHICI

We 've found this place casually and we loved it especially because it has a beautiful view of Peschici. We had 'pepata di cozze ' that was really delicious and then we ordered the main course that was incredibly good. Unfortunately the quantity of 'grigliata di mare ' did not fully justify the price.

Il ristorante sembra promettente, cibo fresco, ottimo servizio e prezzi adeguati. Lo consiglio e tornerò sicuramente.

We were staying at a hotel nearby and decided to try this restaurant. We were not let down. It is on the road leading to town and may not be suited for those staying in the town. It is worth a visit with the homemade plates of pasta, desserts and the attention that they give you. They gladly served our table of three until we left at 11 p.m. the price was only 25 each period we had antipasto, first course and wine.

Has a beautiful view from the restaurant looking over Peschici. Wine is really nice but got a corked bottle. Starters were really nice but over priced like everything else. Main course was really nice apart from the chef couldn’t make a simple carbonara. It was pasta , ham and scrambled egg. This was disappointing and tasted like school dinners , horrible school dinners. The food apart from the carbonara was amazing and highly recommend.The services was good but at times poor , however really nice family. At the end they changed for the more expensive wine which we didn’t even have because it was corked which is a disgusting service factor. Overall it was good food with disappointing dishes and very overpriced, but will try again as everything else was good.

Siamo capitati in questo ristorante per caso quando abbiamo raggiunto il nostro villaggio a circa 20 km di distanza e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Bella vista sulla baia. Ristorante consigliato.
