Taco Bell - Petal

I ordered a SUPREME BEEF TACO and i got a taco with steak and lettuce and cheese. where are the tomatoes and sour cream???? also don’t even get me started on the lady that took my order. DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. costumer service is not even half decent there. i don’t recommend taco bell in petal. i will NEVER be going back. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

I called them 4 times and they did not pick up the phone like i know they aren’t busy. i just went through there and i asked for sour cream on my tacos i didn’t get it i asked for mild sauce they gave me hot. do you not know the difference? the new strawberry twists were plain it wasn’t strawberry. taco bell had messed up my order multiple times and won’t pick up the phone. taco bell needs better employees and customer service. it’s ridiculous like is there not an owner or anyone that teaches them this? i wanted a refund for my food and they didn’t pick up the phone the 4 times i called. disappointed and unsatisfied.
