Korean Bbq House, Kota Damansara

This is the worst Korean bbq restaurant I ever been to. Imagine the waiter serving the plate, at the same time the table is full, he told me to move away he played for him instead he doing what he supposed to do, atleast please with manners because I’m the customer, but I was more liked the Waiter and he forced me to do for him with no manners kind of speaking. There is another guy who were much better attitude however he always wore his mask under his mouth all the time. And we asked for 4 hot green teas 2 cold and imagined he bring up 2 hot 4 cold for us and he don’t even want to change for us. Despite all the customer service issue, the environment is the worst nightmare I ever had, just think that the side dishes for us to self service has many flies and small bugs flying and even stood on the foods like without even being cared by them. Customer service and cleanliness isn’t a level that I can never imagined of.

To the owner. Your outlet grade had gone rock bottom. Your staff keep dragging the table making enormous sound. Their service is lousy and even communication level is unacceptable. Your prime business is BBQ and customer cannot grill their own meat anymore. This is the main issue. How can you call yourself Korean BBQ house when the meat serve is even lousy and more oil on my motor. The place got smell. The food is limited. It is not cheap eating here compare to your competitors. Wake up. Honestly, I will not come here anymore as your food is almost at disgust level. Please accept criticize with open heart and change before is too late

1. Lunch in this restaurant. Good cleanliness, personal service and food quality is excellent.(Pfannkuchen, steamed egg, Kim hi steamboat, BBQ chicken and pigs belly, secondary dishes are fresh and taste good). They are refillable. Definitely worth, good value for money. Recommended restaurant

Very good deal for a Korean BBQ restaurant. Price as low as RM 25 before tax, not sure whether promo or gimmick, but come and enjoy! Unlike others cook and serve the meat for you and have a refill system where you place certain ice stick in the refill box, pages are self-service refill. For the price, I think it's really worth it, but the service is left behind when it's the whole house, so be patient! Recommended to come as a group to experience more dishes as a couple, you need more than 2 refills to make it your value.
