For "before "food so so, but presentation so much different than its show, 1) cannot add wein for its mere suah, 2) mee suah served very much different than its displays pictures, 3) served with paper dishes, plastic spoon and bamboo choke (be shown as ceramic dish), 3) space very narrow.
If jay chow is a botschafter for liang sandwich, it is sad that the franchiser does not keep it standard in taiwan, workers are not trained, tables was not clean, even a because waited, customers must clean themselves. a couple of customers waited for a while, ran away, like unattended. the workers must retrain themselves to the way they can provide customer services.

Very slow service even during off peak hours, waited for near to 20 minutes. Old lady was very rude. Food selection very limited vermicelli and rice served with sesame oil chicken only. Drinks limited to leong fun and tau foo fah only. Food portion was big but the sesame oil taste like flavour than oil, the rice was soak in the gravy like eating porridge, egg was not served as advertised. Despite having said so, I forced myself to finish the food as I don't want to waste. Very narrow and cramp seating in the shop which is uncomfortable. Self service (order, food collection cleaning table) and got 10% service charge imposed... frankly I cook this dish better than they do ..
