Feedback gevenSo far, that's the best thing I had, even though it was packed, but we can get a table. our server Ms.Natasha is like home. their product knowledge is excellent. very pleasant too. Go on. the food speaks for itself. every time the exit is full.
Would suggest employees to be trained/informed of the details for each on-going promotion. This would avoid misunderstanding and disappointment between the staffs and customers. Manager should also be the one taking care of the employees, not push them out to apologize for a mistake not done by them in the first place/ be a messenger (we sat right in front of the counter where the manager sat). As for the food, if you like the garlic butter rice/sauces for the chicken menu, go for it. Other than that, it's just an average hangout place with friends and family.
Try the same as any kyochon. service is good and the fried chicken is also good. can choose between soy garlic, honey or sharp.
Food overall okay , just customer services out.. not to crowd , we walk in without greeting this two just looking look like we no body , please improve this bad attitude services.. other customer come in smart they come and ask , but we come no greeting and come to our table tell about scan for menu , and just come because i call for get baby chair. 1 star for not greeting customer while can see we come in. 1 star for that 2 staff not attend us to tell any about ordering or payment or anything , just coming with tablet after 15minute asking do we order already? The ordering process sucks, not user friendly, especially for old citizen. Food serving took 50mins waiting time. Chicken not as tasty as before and one of the chicken is not well-cooked (can see the raw meat and chicken blood). Was charged fot service charges but come to think of it, what service did we really get? Everything turn from good last time to worst…
