The quality of the food does not reflect the price gouge being harged. The hot sandwich was cold meat warmed in sandwich form in a toaster oven.Non of the 3 Petaluma Subwats honor the Subway promotions listed on TV or online benefits of the Subway app do not apply to the restaurants as they are privately owned not held to Subway advertising as the franchise locations are.
Best Subway I've had in a while!!! I definitely recommend this place!!
Needs to change the gloves before touching the food. I watch this the last time I went 12/3/2023
A local Subway franchisee has been in the papers recently for wage theft and employment violations. I read earlier this week that franchisee has been ordered to sell their locations or shut them down. This one wasn 't owned by that franchisee. Not sure who owns it now, but it changed fast.This was the only Subway in Petaluma I 'd go to as it was the only one which actually covered their ingredients between uses. I 've been going here since it opened at least ten years ago. I 'm an infrequent customer, maybe ten times a year, and it has been at least a month since my last visit. What happened?Seriously...what happened?I went in today and it was a completely different crew. Then I noticed that none of the ingredients were covered. Then things went really sideways. I ordered my tuna sandwich and walked the young lady through the process. No toasting, that type of cheese, and everything but A, B, or C. She puts A on it. No A . She tosses the A. She puts B on it. No B (a little more exasperated). She picks B off *and throws it back into the B bin*. I stood there for a second with my mouth agape. Then I said, I 'm sorry, but this is way too unsanitary and left. Food never touches other food until it 's prepared. Once it touches other food it doesn 't get put back in queue. Ever more so once it touches meat. WAY more so once it touches fish mixed with mayo.I 'm fairly certain this location was sold in the last several weeks. I 'm just one customer, but now I 'm one less customer. GROSS.
