Fuji Japanese - Petaluma

I found this restaurant while visiting Trader Joe's. The sushi is delicious and the service is excellent!

Amazing staff, this guy that worked there reminded my wife of somebody from the show Schitts Creek. He said he got asked that all the time lol. The food was delicious. The options for specialty rolls was extensive (had like over 60 options if I remember just for rolls and several single pieces) and very filling for even one roll per person.

Fuji is small, but the sushi is delicious, the service is friendly and the pricing is reasonable. I also love that they have those little chopstick helpers for kids. I brought my 4 year old here and we both loved it!

Servers where wonderful, presentation was exciting and the food was absolutely delicious. The amount of skill and experience the chefs at Fuji put in to preparing each dish is instantly recognizable. Best in the area, hands down.

This restaurant offers the best rice and tempura in the city, and I've tried many places. If you appreciate authentic flavors and traditional sushi rice, you absolutely must visit. It’s a hidden gem that deserves more recognition. While the ambiance is hard to put into words, the food and staff contribute to an exceptional experience. I highly recommend it—so delicious and incredibly satisfying!
