Asda - Peterborough

I previously wrote a review regarding the long wait times for Uber Eats collections at the Asda Peterborough Superstore. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick response from the store, acknowledging my concern and assuring me that my feedback would be taken into account for improvements. This prompt attention to customer feedback highlights the store's commitment to providing high-quality service. Since then, I have noticed a significant improvement in the collection process. Collections are now conducted at the dedicated Click and Collect point instead of the Customer Service desk. This change has resulted in a smoother, more efficient service with much shorter wait times. I truly appreciate the store's swift action in addressing my concerns, which shows they value their customers' experiences. The staff at Asda Peterborough Superstore have consistently been helpful and friendly, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment. Their proactive response to my earlier review demonstrates their dedication to customer satisfaction. I would like to thank Asda Peterborough Superstore for their outstanding service and for incorporating customer feedback to enhance their operations. The restaurant is always bustling with activity, making it hard to find parking. Additionally, the trolley can be challenging to locate. The restrooms are situated upstairs.

We visited the Asda Peterborough Superstore a few times as we needed to buy a few things. The shop itself is massive and has two large entrances and there is a good range of food and drinks here. I do think that it's a little on the tired side and it feels like it is stuck in time and could do with a lick of paint. The staff are lively and they have both manned checkouts as well as self-checkouts. There was one time I came here to buy gin and I accidentally dropped the glass bottle and it caused a spill but the staff were quick to fix the situation and I was able to get a new bottle quickly. Their customer service is great here and I would recommend it if you're in the area.

11 months ago I gave 1 star but went to Asda on Friday and completely changed my opinion. Found staff very helpful and with a good attitude towards customers. This time I am giving a 5 star review ..... Keep it like that Asda..

This is a fantastic place to find everything you need for your household in one stop. They have a wide variety of items, and the prices are very affordable too.
