Domino's Pizza Peterborough South

I had a negative experience at the restaurant located at Sugar Way in Peterborough. The staff member at the counter was rude when I asked for a dip, and told me to collect my pizza because it was getting cold. When I refused and asked for better service, they simply told me to make a complaint. Overall, the customer service was very poor.

The pizza at this restaurant is decent, but the cheese filled dough balls were not very cheesy.

From ordering to actually receiving my food through delivery took 1 hour and 10 minutes and I live 5 miles away. Not like the food was coming from Paris, no apology for the wait or reasoning or compensation as to why the order took such a long time, 1 pizza, 1 side and a drink, I could have made my own pizza from scratch by the time I ate…or actually just gone to Paris for lunch. I just think that’s a completely unacceptable waiting time.

When i visited the Establishment, for my informal Job Interview, i was Greeted and Welcomed by a member of who was very Friendly. I was interviewed by the Recruitment Manager Samir, who was Polite and Courteous. We got on very well. I was very Impressed how Well this Dominos Francise was very Efficient and Repeat Customer Service from past Experience when using them, for ordering Take Away Food. I would use these people First choice and i would always Recommend them to my Friends and Family. Very Lovely people. Thank you very much for inviting me.
