Feedback gevenI would not recommend eating at this restaurant unless you are extremely hungry. The staff is not very polite either.
Worst bacon roll ever! Half a slice of luke warm bacon warmed in the microwave. Took one bite and that was enough. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
A lovely young lady Mariam served me in pumpkin cafe on platform 4 who was very helpful Provided me and couple of my friends good customer service despite being by herself she was really fast. Thank you will defo visit again see you soon. I was amazed to see how she dealt with queue shame she was by herself it will be nice to see other staff working with her
The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. I only had 9 minutes to order and pay for a sandwich because of my train connections. Unfortunately, 6 of those minutes were spent waiting behind a single person who was paying for a pre-selected snack and ordering a hot drink. It seems like they could use more enthusiastic staff. Additionally, there was very limited sandwich options available due to empty shelves, even though it was only 9:45am on a busy Wednesday at the train platform.
Ordered coffee here yesterday. Sat down to relax before a long train journey home. Some workmen arrived to ‘hoover’ dust from the vents above the tables... they began climbing a ladder to unscrew these vents right by me then asked me to MOVE as I was in their way! I was really angry with this: the Cafe was a FOOD BEVERAGE establishment so where was the HEALTH SAFETY/FOOD HYGIENE risk assessment here? There wasn’t one. Removing FILTHY DUST VENTS above customers heads while consuming food and close to counters where food was on trays to purchase? DISGUSTING behaviour, practices no Health safety let alone manners towards me as a customer. Never Again would I patron this place. YUK ; I’d give it ZERO but it won’t let me....
