Captain Georges Fish And Chip

We sat outside on the patio and watched the boats coming and going across the street at the marina. We were a party of four and everyone enjoyed their meal. The salads were crisp and fresh, and the fries the young people had were homemade - hard to find these days. Very enjoyable experience for all, no complaints. We will go back when we visit Peterborough again.

Great breakfast with friendly/excellent service and only a block from the Holiday Inn. Cost of breakfast was half of what it would have cost us at the hotel.

Being from the Maritimes I consider myself to be rather knowledgable and am picky about fish.The fish and chips (I had the traditional haddock) were really very good and even the portion size was great. The batter was homemade and just the right consistency for me.I would definitely eat here again and recommend it based on the fish and chips.

Di spite changing the name and distancing itself from the Former franchise name What we have here is a Fish and Chip Shoppe with an expanded menu and inflated prices. What it does have is location and ample parking

Best fish and chips in town. The halibut is amazing! I'm yet to find a better place to have fish in the city. Only reason why I didn't give full stars is because THEY DONT DELIVER! Massive amount of business lost because they don't do it yet. Jacks! Please complete my life and start a delivery service.J
