There are no pre-orders at this restaurant. You place your order when you arrive at the window, and then they prepare it for you. The wait can be quite long, so be prepared for that. The subs are consistently good, just make sure you're not in a rush.

Always delicious! This location has both a drive-thru and walk-in option, which is great. You can always rely on getting consistent subs here. The staff is very friendly, and the place is clean.

The woman who served us today was the worst I’ve experienced in any restaurant in North America over the past 50 years. I understand that there were no lettuce or meatballs available, but there was no reason to take it out on us. I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about this place for years. This woman made me feel terrible for simply ordering a sub for my elderly mother. I'll come back, but I'm left wondering why. I didn’t do anything wrong.

Lunch was great. Service was excellent. Very polite and helpful staff. Restaurant and facilities were clean and laid out well.

The staff is awesome. Very polite. Quite fast. I always get my sandwich exactly how I want, and I don't feel rushed when picking my toppings. Will definitely be back.
