Pizza Nova - Peterborough

I ordered a special tonight for pickup over the phone. I requested plant-based pepperoni, broccoli, feta, bruschetta, and grilled zucchini with a pesto base, along with double the plant-based chicken instead of real wings/pollini. The service representative assured me this wouldn't be a problem. However, when I got home and opened the box, there was no plant-based pepperoni on the pizza, it had tomato sauce instead of pesto, and the pizza was soggy. Additionally, the wedges were missing. I paid extra for the special toppings, and the order total came to nearly $40. When I reached out to them about the errors and missing items, the only offer to fix the issue was a $15 credit. Disappointed. I will not be ordering from here again.

After deal with their archaic app and waiting an hour for delivery I called the country wide phone number and was placed on hold for 20 min. only to be told they thought it was a pick up. If that was the case why was I asked to give the delivery driver a tip when I checked out and paid on line?

I ordered the large 3-item pizza special and went to pick it up at 908 Landsdowne W. The cost was $4 more because they mistakenly put 4 items on it (double pepperoni). I was scolded on my way out for not being more careful, but I know I didn't request extra toppings. I will make sure this never happens again and I am certain that I will never order from Pizza Nova again.

We used the delivery option. Wonderful pizzas . Delivery was efficient and on time. Vegan pizzas were great tasting and hot when they arrived . One was gluten-free and thin-crusted if you like thin crusts. The other was a medium-thick crust. Would order again.

I haven’t had Pizza Nova in years, as it seems to be one of the quieter pizza chains. I’m glad that I tried it again recently, as it was a very tasty pizza. I liked the two medium one topping pizza deal, and we all commented on how light and fresh the pizzas were. The shop was fresh and clean, and the young man working there was helpful and friendly. Prices were good, service was great, and so was the pizza. I’d recommend this location, and I’ll be back.
