Service and food were not only great, but phenomenal! Chris, our server, was awesome. Strawberry jam was made in-house and absolutely delicious..they sell it by the jar too!

The owner?s of Stacked On Lansdowne Street treat their employees awfully. They charge them money for making a mistake when placing an order (even if you are new and they gave you 0 training). They make employees pay for dishes if the accidentally dropand break them (which is against ESA standards). Servers do not get breaks, which is also illegal if it?s passed 5 hours butthey don?t care. Also, servers are made to clean the public washrooms and then return to serving food to customers. Absolutelydisgusting!! The servers are really nice and work very hard considering they do not get breaks. Sadly, the owner takes about 1/3of their tips at the end of their shift. Unfortunately I personally won?t ever be returning.

The food was fantastic, offered at reasonable prices, and the service was outstanding!

When our food arrived, they brought my mom's and my meals, but informed us that someone had mistakenly taken our son's dish. He started getting a bit restless because he was hungry, and by the time his food finally arrived, he was fidgety and wanted to get down. I requested take-out containers for our leftovers, and the waitress only brought one. When I asked for two more, she seemed annoyed with me. My mom and son went to the car while I waited for the bill. When she finally delivered it, she remarked that it must be nice to finally have some peace and quiet. I found that incredibly rude.

The service is excellent, and the food is delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the coffee was as well. My only concern was that they seemed unable or unwilling to make substitutions on their kids' menu items. For instance, my nephew can't have pork, and the Birthday Cake Pancake Breakfast came with two scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, and a birthday cake pancake. When I asked the waitress if they could substitute more home fries for the bacon and sausage, I didn't think it would be an issue since potatoes are typically less expensive than those meats. However, the waitress informed me that substitutions aren't allowed. I would recommend offering more vegetarian options for that meal instead.
