Beautiful small esserei, probably was pre covid met. the courts look amazing. develop a take-out menu with descriptions bc most people are not familiar with the ingredients of our fine African cuisine.
Great eating and always very welcoming mood. if they love goat, try it African style with cabbage/rice. it is made with a red sauce. also, not on the menu, so they have to ask for it. Ask for: African goat with cauliflower and I will thank them.
Yesterday was our first time trying Sankofa Kitchen. We ordered Egusi Stew w/ chicken, whole fish w/ jollof rice, plantains, oxtails, cornbread, and fufu. Loved the food! Very well seasoned delicious ?. Exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be going back for more ?? The staff was great! Very welcoming, pleasant, and helpful.
