The Corner Market - Petersburg

Great little roadside BBQ. We definitely got here at the right time. The line apparently gets pretty long for good reason). I enjoyed the BBQ Combo with a side of homemade mac and cheese and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Everything was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly.

This little gem is darling! The patio, hand hewn furniture and potted plants were a great showcase to some really yummy BBQ! We loved the sauces that came with the Pulled pork. The wings were smokey and fabulous. And make sure you try the beans, Coleslaw potato salad!

I'm really sad to see that the Corner Market no longer is a market. Instead it looks like it's going to be expanded seating for the Corner BBQ next door. While the bbq is delicious, it was the market I wanted. Last year I got so many veggies to plant, as well as gorgeous flowers. I also got a lot of my fresh veggies there. I even got some swallowtail caterpillars in the dill, which was a wonderful treat to take them home to care for and even better that the plants were pesticide free and healthy for caterpillars and humans alike. I loved picking strawberries there too. I was so excited to go back and pick up everything I needed and find more surprises, but nope, not anymore. So glad the bbq place is doing well, but I really wish the market had been able to stay open. I was certainly a fan.

Wow!!!! It's such a great place! The BBQ and fries were amazing. The service was top-notch! Can't wait to go back.

We had ribs, cheese fries, potato salad, and Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious!!! Wish we would have got dessert, the couple beside us did and I regret not getting the strawberry shortcake!!! We will be back!
