Beautiful hotel with a great ambience and with very tasty dishes. We were from 24.12.-25.12.22 and the Christmas atmosphere was beautiful. Only if I had held a little chocolate woman in the room nice and reasonable if you were already a guest on Christmas Eve and not paying little money for the night. Maybe as a small suggestion.

We stayed at Villago Restaurant for the third time with the whole family for Christmas dinner. It was very good twice; this time a disaster with regard to service. At a semi-finished restaurant, at least 5 employees moved to the “service service”, all of which left the impression of never working in a restaurant or just in a simple bistro. Long waiting time for order intake and 40 minutes to a first drink at the table are completely unacceptable. The service also knew nothing about a children's card, even though there were these and “supplied” drinks were centrally discontinued and still spilled. And then a dirty wash-off helped to remove the spill. As a note: €38 for a goose bump in this service is also unacceptable! In the following phone call with the restaurant manager, we could not stand for understanding, even less on a gesture of apology. Conclusion: This was our last visit to Villago!

Actually, I had only booked the Villago as a stop on the way to the Baltic Sea, which proved to be a total lucky handle. Great boutique hotel, friendly staff, very good kitchen and a fantastic spa area. Perfect time to relax. We're happy to come back.

What a shame! I called on September 13th, 22:27 in the evening. I wanted to book a room for the same day and the Lord on the phone told me it would only be the Wellness Suite free. I still asked him when the check-in was and we started from Berlin. We could have done it by 0:00 check-in. I wanted to talk to my friend first, and I told him I'd call again. After a minute I called again to book the room and the Lord just didn't go to the phone! We were completely ready and the babysitter was already on site. We called there a few times... without success. I guess he just didn't want to wait for us. I had urgently needed this time, but the Lord thought only on his punctual evening! Very bad and incompetent!!
